Juicing is a trendy way to lose weight, improve your health, and even clear up your skin. It can be overwhelming to know where to start, but it is worth the effort. Once you've got a juicer and learned how to use it, you will need Juice Recipes.

Here are my 5 favorite juicing recipes
1. Absolute Asparagus
This recipe is a fun break from more traditional recipes. Adding asparagus adds a great flavor. I like to add a sweet apple (like granny smith) to give a fullness in total flavor. Give it a try at least once.
1 - Apple (Medium)
3 - Asparagus spears
1 - Broccoli stalk
3 - Carrots (large)
3 - Celery stalks
1 - Handful of Parsley
2. Beet and Carrot Delight
Beets are a personal favorite of mine. Be careful when making this though because the beets will dye your hands red. The beet and celery add a hint of spicy but sweet.
1 - Apple (medium)
1 - Beet Root
8 - Carrots (medium size)
2 - Celery stalks (large)
2 - Cups of Spinach
3. Lemon and Spice
This is a delicious spicy recipe. Ginger is really good for you but you have to be careful with it. Adding too much can upset your bowels, so stick with the amount in the recipe.
4 - Apples (medium, 2 granny smith, 2 red delicious)
3 - Celery stalks
1 - Ginger Root (about 1 square inch)
½ - Lemon (medium)
1 - Orange (large and peeled)
4 - Handfuls Spinach
4. Yummy Red
This is a milder recipe. Tomatoes and cucumber add a smooth base and the onion and lemon add just a hint of spice with the parsley rounding it out. This is one of my staple juice recipes.
1 - Cucumber
1 - Lemon (medium)
1 - Onion (medium scallion)
1 - Handful of Parsley
3 - Tomatoes (small)
5. Bloody Peach
This juicing recipe is perfect first thing in the morning. You can replace the grapefruit with oranges if you don't like the tart in grapefruit. This will give you just the right amount of energy to start your day.
1 - Apple (large, red)
1 - Grapefruit (medium)
2 - Peaches medium
